The E 59 railway line running through the commune is an element of the Trans-European Transport Network, which includes roads and railways, airports, sea and river ports, waterways and transhipment terminals. It is a part of the international Baltic-Adriatic railway corridor, which runs through Świnoujście – Szczecin – Poznań – Wrocław – Opole – Chałupki in Poland.
The distance from Czempinia to Poznań – Ławica Airport Henryk Wieniawski is less than 40 km away.
Important communication routes leading through Czempiń, proximity to the seat of the voivodeship – approx. 35 km to Poznań and the seat of the poviat – approx. 15 km to the city of Kościan, predisposes Czempiń to the rank of a commune with optimal conditions for both economic and social development.
